The short version: We build this site to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, or need larger text. If anything is hard to use, call or text us and we’ll help you directly and fix it.
Our commitment
Transitions Lawn Care & Landscaping is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for accessible websites.
What we’ve done
- Structured the site with clear, semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate it
- Added descriptive text alternatives for images
- Made the site fully operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to main content” link
- Checked color combinations for sufficient contrast so text is easy to read
- Built the site to work on phones, tablets, and desktops, and to respond to your text-size and reduced-motion settings
We deliberately do not use third-party “accessibility overlay” widgets, which often get in the way more than they help. Instead, we build accessibility into the site itself.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is something we keep working on, not a one-time task. We review the site as we add to it, and we welcome feedback that helps us do better.
